The thesis is the first in the domestic legal science comprehensive research of criminal and judicial means of economy protection of Ukraine in which a new perspective on a range of criminal problems in economic sphere considering its current state is presented. The status of this problem in the legal literature, its historical development and foreign experience are studied. The compliance of criminal and judicial means of economy protection of Ukraine with the current international treaties is ensured.
