Essay

Object ? indicators of the quality of images in digital television and new paths of modern TV systems. Subject of research ? methods of assessing the quality of the transmission of color images based on the use of adaptive properties of advanced models of human vision. Research methods ? methods of quality control TV, the methods of mathematical modeling systems, digital signal processing techniques, methods for searching the extremes, the interpretation methods of mathematical research. Theoretical and practical results ? proposed and practically learn a new approach to assessing the quality of color reproduction, the introduction of which in the practice of evaluation and measurement in real conditions will contribute to the overall progress of the colorimetric measurement in video. The resulting assessment of the possible effect of the adaptive metrics uniform color space for the realization of precision color rendering in the future should be applied the principle of building an adaptive TV systems. The developed method for constructing boundaries of the domain and transmitted color reproduction and the corresponding mathematical apparatus is the basis of the new evaluations for all video applications. Implemented approach to the evaluation of colorimetric quality of TV images for a given spectral characteristics of color objects transmitted scene, TV cameras and lights TV studio, they are more accurate than those used in everyday practice. From the results of comparing estimates for colorimetric applications of colorimetry CIE 1931 and CIE colorimetry in 2006 shows that the colorimetric measurements on the basis of colorimetry CIE 1931 are sufficient to assess the quality of the image. The findings and proposals for the selection of test signals for evaluating the quality image transfer in a through TV tract can form the basis for the international and national standards of the signals in the standard, high and ultra-high-definition. Scientific novelty ? the first time provided a quantitative assessment of adaptive properties of the metric modern models of color. For the first time the method of construction and the corresponding mathematical description of the boundaries of the field of flowers that can be transmitted and reproduced TV system. The first assesses the quality color rendering standard TV camera, high and ultra-high-definition using the metric of modern models of color. For the first time implemented an assessment on the basis of color fidelity that halftone characteristics which corresponds to the gamma conversion on the transmitting and the receiving side, are 0.45 and 2.4. For the first time developed a method for assessing the quality of color reproduction in a through TV tract using the proposed set of objects with color spectral characteristics. It has been further developed a model set of test signals to assess the quality of the images transmitted digital television system. Results of robots implemented in such organizations ?
