Bakulina O. Staff motivation at agricultural enterprises under the conditions of implementing the European integration priorities

The aim of the research was to ground scientific and theoretical principles and work out practical recommendations relatively regarding to the development of a staff motivation system at agricultural enterprises. The process of a staff motivation system development at agricultural enterprises on the basis of European integration priorities was an object of the research. Research methods were as follows: monographic, statistic and economic, correlation and regression analysis as well as modeling. The creation of the foundation for the subsequent enrichment of the theoretic-methodical principles and practical recommendations in relation to formation of the effective system of a staff motivation at agricultural enterprises were set as theoretical results of the research. The practical results were related to the scientifically-grounded recommendations for solving the problems of providing motivation in agricultural enterprises and determine the main directions of development of the components of staff motivation and systematization of their functioning. Scientific novelty lies in conceptual approach to building man-staff motivation model of agricultural enterprises, based on common European socio-economic values that contribute to the high quality of working life, increase productivity and designed to meet the personalized needs of workers employed in agricultural production.
