The thesis is a complex theoretical and methodological principles research in the functioning of public administration the pension system of Ukraine. The focus of analysis is on: the pension state management features and its organizational structure functioning; issues of this area legal regulation and identify way for improve the pension system governance. It is established that modified essence of public administration, improving the legal regulation, structural change subject composition of the pension system, as well as stimulating the development of small and medium enterprises as potential sources of financing of the pension system in Ukraine should be a prerequisite for good governance pension system.
