Petruhin S. The identification and impact assessment of military objects on the environment in the environmental safety control systems

The thesis deals with a crucial applied research task of reducing ecological risks in military objects territory by means of identification of military technological factors effect on the environment in the environmental safety control systems. The thesis grounds the use of the comparator identification method, mathematical apparatus of algebra of predicates and predicate operations in order to develop information and logical models of knowledge base of ecological information systems on the basis of the analysis of the modern methods of identification and integral impact assessment on the environment. The basics of ecological portrait of military object territories have been made. The thesis introduces the knowledge base model of the ecological portrait of military object territories in order to provide decision-makers with operational and sufficient information to control ecological safety of military objects. The method of the integral impact assessment and ecological safety control of military objects has been improved by means of expert and analytical procedures in the form of multilevel hierarchal structures. The results of the thesis have been implemented in the military scientific Office of the Central Staff of Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian Research Institute of Civil Protection and in the academic activities of the Department of Toxic Chemical Agents and Protection Facilities of FMT of NTU "KhPI".
