Hudzenko I. Fiscal Regulation of Financial Activity of Enterprises in Ukraine

The study deals with Method-theoretical foundations and practical approaches to updating fiscal regulation of financial activities of business entities in the modern conditions are verified in the thesis. This will make it possible to eliminate market flaws, adverse effect on competition, enhance increasing the efficiency of market mechanism and thus help to achieve the main goal of financial management of business entities. The latter involves maximization the welfare of owners and maximization market value of an enterprise.The dissertation touches upon theoretical approaches to organization of financial activity and mechanism of its management.
