Essay

This thesis examines the legal nature of a group action as mean of defence of numerous amount of persons. History of origin and development of this legal institute is considered. Doctrine scientific approaches of the concept "group action" are analysed and the author approach of this consept is formulated. The author defined signs and elements of group action, orientation of interest which is the object of defence by group action. Place of group action is set among other forms of defence of far of persons. Interrelation of group action with a right for public interest is examined.
