Research is dedicated to the automated crisis management for scientific and methodological foundations and by improving functional stability board information management systems maneuverable vehicles. The models, methods and process control automation ergatic innovative systems of transport. If the increased risk of critical (crisis) situations caused by actions of environmental factors and threatening accidents and disasters, then it is advisable to ensure functional stability in a single space-time continuum. New scientific and practical method of increasing functional components that integrates sustainability and three stages of active modules including nine single automated technology is proposed. Contradictions conflict vector withdrawn due to problems invariant laws recompetitive predictive modeling of transients in complex dynamic systems. Developed method ensures an increase in functional stability board information and control complex free vehicles in the event of a critical risk situation through integration of information technology.
