Kravchenko Y. Management of a public debt of Ukraine using stockmarket instruments

In the thesis theoretical bases of the concept "public debt" are investigated and its influence on economic growth is reasonable. Are defined the theoretical - methodological bases of management of a public debt. The current state of a public debt of Ukraine, stock market and its debt segment is investigated. Features of application of bonds of a domestic state loan in management of a public debt are defined. Dependence of bonds of a domestic state loan on the volume of residual part of a debt, gross domestic product and deficiency of the state budget is established. It is offered scientific and methodical approach to forecasting of a public debt of Ukraine, to formation of optimum structure of the state securities, and also the level of stability of the debt market is determined.
