Esmanov A. State financial control in the support system of financial security of Ukraine

The dissertation research is devoted to development of scientific and methodological approaches and practical mechanisms of organization and functioning of the state financial control system in the context of support of the financial security of Ukraine. The structural-decomposition analysis of financial security, estimation of its level and the level of its individual components in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine are realized; the methodological approach to the estimation of its level taking into account the level of financial discipline in operations with state financial resources and property is developed. The scientific approaches to understanding of the content and directions of state financial control are generalized; its place in the support system of financial security is substantiated; the effectiveness of control and analytical activity of its authorities in Ukraine is analyzed. The essence of security of state financial control is identified; the approach to its estimation is developed; its factor analysis is performed; its impact on the level of financial security and economic development of Ukraine is formalized; the impact of organizational foundations of functioning of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine and its level are substantiated.
