Essay

Dissertation deals with theoretical grounds and experimental verification of author's methodology effectiveness of female aerobics teaching at out-of-school educational establishments. Motor parameters which characterize motion activity of females aged 16-18 who do aerobics are first introduced as well as quantity indexes of biodynamic and coordination structure of females preparedness level during aerobics classes; biomechanical models of biodynamic and coordination structure of females preparedness who do aerobics are constructed.
