Essay

Investigated the principles of internal transformations in Latin America under the influence of foreign integration factor. Highlighted principles: statism, continuity, populism, "leftism" anti-Americanism, «developmentalism», which were closely correlated. Investigated the mechanisms of political socialization of MERCOSUR member countries, among which singled out the diffusion of liberal institutional standards and norms, forming of middle class, the creation of common economic and political institutions, which are advisory in nature, but endowed with great future prospects.
