Bezditko D. The contract of guarding life and health of a person (bodyguarding) according to civil legislation of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to research of most significant theoretical and practical issues of legal nature of a civil legal contract of bodyguarding as well as its features, order of its conclusion and dissolution. It's also being analyzed the feature of responsibility of contracts parts for non-execution or improper execution of the contract as well as legal nature of bodyguarding civil service. The author also determines and researches the number of persons that can be parts of appropriate civil legal contract and that can provide services of bodyguarding on the base of such a contract. Possibility of individual persons to be the providers of bodyguarding services is determined. The author analyses the provisions of Security Activities Act of Ukraine and as a result proposes amendments for it improvement.
