The thesis is dedicated to the systematic research of the theoretical and practical problems of the notarial consideration by certification of indisputable rights as a component of the system of notarial considerations. The essence of indisputable rights as the object of the notarial protection has been disclosed and on this basis, the criteria of the indisputability of rights in the notarial procedure have been proposed. The concept, characteristics and types of the notarial consideration have been defied. The grounds, general and specific rules of performing of notarial actions on certification of indisputable rights have been considered and analyzed. The system of principles of notarial procedure has been characterized and their specific demonstration in the consideration on certification of indisputable rights has been identified. The content of powers of a notary to issue the certificates of the right to inheritance, certificates of the right on a part in property of married couples and certificates of obtain property from public markets (auctions) has been defined. The system of notarial acts-documents certifying indisputable rights has been characterized. The author's proposals on improving the procedural order of the performing of notarial actions, which compose notarial consideration on certification of indisputable rights and their legal regimentation have been formulated.
