Essay

Conceptual approaches to the definition of "legal culture" and its structure have been determined in the work. Historical stages of formation and development of legal culture that reflect intellectual sources: philosophical, legal, religious aimed at comprehension of state and law, rights, liberties, legal interests and obligations of a person, response mechanism of relationships in the society, definition of processes' essence of social and legal reality and the prospect of development of national and legal phenomena have been investigated.
