The thesis is devoted to complex research of scientific-methodological approaches and development of practical recommendations to the achievement of the financial management objectives of bank development on the basis of tools of bank staff motivation. The evolution of scientific approaches to determinition of the conceptual positions of the financial management and motivation theories is investigated. An author's interpretation of the such concepts as strategic financial management, financial strategy, labor motivation and system of labor motivation is suggested.
