Essay

The aim of the thesis is to increase the efficiency of the mobile compact plastering machine through the use of hydraulic drive and substantiation of rational modes of its operation with establishing the band-blade mixer. The theoretical laws was defined to describe the process preparation of different composition and mobility mortars in the plastering machine using computer simulations. The research of two types of mixers: belt and paddle mixer with paddle horizontal shaft under identical conditions preparation of the solution processes shown the benefits of the first machine. For the first time was defined dependences for definition of key performance mobile compact plastering machine: performance, applying the band-blade mixer, which is equipped with a hydraulic drive, the overall efficiency and capacity that is required for its operation. For the first time identified patterns to describe the process of preparation of mortars of different compositions and mobility using the band-blade mixer. For the first time analyzed the process of making mortar ribbon blade mixer using computer simulation. The limits of rational modes of plaster aggregate during the preparation and transportation of mortars of different compositions and mobility was defined. As a result of theoretical and experimental studies was developed the calculation method of plastering machine and technical documentation, in accordance with which an industrial design model was made. Experimental industrial design plastering machine tested under real conditions at construction finishing work during the construction of a ten-apartment house in Poltava.
