Katsyn M. European Economic Interstate Integration (XIX – early 30-s of XX century): historical and legal research

This dissertation considers the historical and legal foundations of the European Economic Interstate Integration (XIX – early 30-s of XX cent.). This work defines the terms: economic integration process; and economic integration system. It also shows the different forms of economic integration systems, which were formulated during the economic integration processes, which took place in Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Italy, during the XIX cent. These examples demonstrate how economic, political, and legal integration, greatly influenced upon each other. The point is stressed that economic interstate integration systems lay behind the state-building or state-transforming processes, which took place in Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Italy at that time.
