Dissertation is dedicated to theoretical investigation of the rule of law and legality in the organization and activities of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, as an institution of the modern Ukrainian state. The rule of law is defined as one of the toughest and most controversial ideas of modern legal thought. Such its status is associated primarily with the fact that it appears as a diverse, highly complex and multi-level theoretical and philosophical-legal design, serving not only as a means of understanding of law and the state, but as a real effective mechanism for law enforcement.
