Andrusyk V. Human rights function of the modern state (for example, the Institute of the prosecutor’s office): theoretical Investigations

The dissertational research is the first in the domestic legal science complex monographic research, dedicated to human rights function of the prosecutor’s office as an institution of modern Ukrainian state in the context of the Law of Ukraine «On the Prosecutor’s Office» 2014. Proved that human rights function is the integrated activity of the prosecutor’s office as an institution of the modern state, also its definition is generated as: Human Rights function of the prosecutor’s office – is a direction of activities of the prosecutorial system, which is a form of institutionalized human rights function of the state, in which under the law is carried out the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens and society.
