Object of study: the management of economic security of entrepreneurship. Objective: studying of the theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations for overcoming of labor demotivation as a threat to the economic security of entrepreneurship. Methods: dialectical, structural and functional, surveys and monitoring, economic analysis, diagnostic. The novelty: for the first time proved the theoretical and methodological provisions and practical advice on overcoming of labor demotivation as a threat to economic security on the example of private higher education institution, improved definition of "economic security of business activity" and' economic security personnel on the example of a private institution of higher education", scientific approaches to the classification of threats to economic security of business activity, the classification of the factors that provoke threats or labor demotivation reinforce her method of analysis of the security environment on the example of the private institution of higher education, method of analysis of manifestations of labor demotivation as a threat to economic security on the example of the private institution of higher education, method of diagnostics of economic security, approaches for overcoming the latent and passive management employees as manifestations of labor demotivation. Scope: in research activities as a basis for further study of economic security of entrepreneurship and overcoming threats of labor demotivation, in developing the theoretical foundations of economic security of private higher education institutions, in government, in the educational process in the preparation of manuals, guidelines, the teaching of subjects "Labor economics and labor relations", "Management", "Personnel managements".
