Chornukha I. Development strategy for building enterprise in the conditions of the investment competition

The object of study: the process of formation of enterprise development strategy in terms of investment competition. Objective: scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on development of strategy of building businesses in terms of investment competition. Methods: comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, analogy, generalization and grouping, statistical analysis, comparative evaluation, systematic analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, formalization and situational analysis. The novelty: for the first time developed a comprehensive model of harmonizing competitive environment construction company by evaluating the intensity of competition in the investment on macro, meso and micro levels on qualitative and quantitative performance indicators for improving effective management decision-making on strategy development, improved methodology for analyzing the intensity of investment competitive environment of construction companies, system performance of evaluation capacity of building competitive enterprises, which, unlike the existing appropriate integral coefficient indicates its level and encourages decision-making optimization. Scope: in practices of construction enterprises JSC "Lutsksantehmontazh №536» and LLC "Zhytlobud-2", in the educational process of Eastern European National University n.a. Lesya Ukrainka in teaching of subjects "Strategic management", "Management of enterprise development", "Investment", "Strategic analysis".
