Rubashchenko M. Criminal liability for encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine

This dissertation is devoted to complex researching of criminal liability for encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine (Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The grounds for criminal liability and the criteria that determine the social danger degree of criminal acts, systematic connections of the Article 110 with other articles of the Criminal Code, the problems of qualification of this crime, differentiation of liability, and the issues of improvement of the criminal legislation are considered. The new edition of the Article 110 of the Criminal Code is proposed. It also suggested to supplement the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the Article 110-3, which provides the rule about the criminal liability for the call to encroachment on the territory of Ukraine.
