This research focuses on specific features of progress and correction of primary and secondary abdominal adhesiogenesis to improve diagnosis, treatment strategy in patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction. In the dissertation presents the results of an in-depth study of the origin and prevention of primary and secondary adhesiogenesis in the abdomen. Experimental research on white rats of peritoneal reactivity during stress application of CO2 in to abdominal cavity and surgery through laparotomy access provided 12 hour acute adhesive intestinal obstruction and demonstrate the efficiency of use in prevention of adhesiogenesis three-and four-component drug mixtures. Expanding diagnostic complex in patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction separate tool of regional factors and possible underlying causes shorten verification and preoperative preparation and led to an increase in the number of laparoscopic, laparoscopically-assisted and organ-preserving interventions. Implementation in patients with AAIO experimental and clinical innovations led to a decrease in group 3 compared with group 1, common complications and mortality 13,83% to 3.39% and in group 4, unlike the 2 groups was observed reduce the overall complications and mortality 1.24 times to 5.41%.
