Kudlyak Y. Financial strategies of the banks of Ukraine in a competitive environment.

The essence of financial strategy, reengineering of business processes, components of the system of formation, implementation and regulation of the financial strategies of banks are analysed. Positioning of the bank in «amount-factor-potential» plane is done for financial strategies formation and realization. Strategies of resources transformation are outlined. The banks are clustered within the strategic resource position. Potentially problematic banking institutions are diagnosticated to identify uncertain strategic positions «4 S» and recommendations for correcting their financial strategies are grounded.
