Brazhnik A. Criminal liability for disclosure of operational activities, pre-trial investigation (art. 387 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine): analysis of corpus delict

The work is devoted to complex research of liability for the disclosure of operational activities, pre-trial investigation (art. 387 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The main task of dissertation is criminal and legal analysis of the basis of criminal liability for disclosure of criminal significant information on the pre-trial stage of the criminal process, including such elements as the object, the objective side, the subject, the subjective side. Also in this dissertation it analyzis the different questions about qualification of the above action associated with determining liability for not finished action, the commission disclosure of investigative secrecy of complicity, separation from similar crimes. Art. 387 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine must be published in the new version, which includes the improvement of ch. 1 and 2, and supplement ch. 3, which should include aggravating circumstances of disclosure of investigative secrecy.
