In the article the definition of criminal and legal sanctions has been given and it has been shown their ratio with such categories as criminal liability, punishment, measures of criminal and legal character. The concept of " measures of criminal and legal character" has been developed. The definition of constructing of criminal and legal sanctions has been given and the influence of dispositions on constructing of sanctions of criminal law for crimes commited by officals has been researched.
