Kuz I. Accounting reorganization processes in the company and its modeling

Object – reorganization processes in joint stock companies. The goal – a theoretical and methodological study ways of increasing the efficiency and quality of accounting processes through modeling the reorganization and liquidation of joint stock companies. Methods – general and special scientific methods: induction, deduction and formal logic; Compare formalization, ontological and epistemological approaches; also used application software package for processing economic information, formation of tables, graphs, diagrams. Results – practical recommendations on the use of simulation in the accounting process reorganization and liquidation of joint stock companies. Novelty is to develop theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations on the use of simulation in the accounting process reorganization and liquidation of joint stock companies through synthesis and disclosures in the transmission, distribution and liquidation balance sheets.
