Soroka O. Realization practices of the European Court of Human Rights in Criminal Law of Ukraine

Detected the concept and features of litigation, examined the legal nature of the European Court of Human Rights, set jurisprudence of national courts and the European Court of Human Rights for criminal law of Ukraine. Grounded the necessity of criminalization of unlawful acts of embryos, the use of official inhuman, cruel or degrading degrading treatment or punishment in the context of the legal position of the European Court of Human Rights. Detected the directions of improvement of criminal law in the context of implementation of European Court of Human Rights and produced specific guidance for bringing legal practice with the requirements of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms concerning observance of fundamental rights and freedoms.
