The Dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical, methodical and practical basis of enterprises reorganization management of railway mechanical engineering. In manuscript the analysis and improvement of the conceptual and categorial device of organizational theories on the basis of new understanding of reorganization, as multidirectional process which unites organizational reforming, restructuring and a redesign of business processes of the enterprise is carried out. It is offered new classification of reorganization, indicators of express estimation of expediency of reorganization by various directions, methods of creation of organizational structure of divisions by management of reorganization and definitions of their dislocation, the purposes and functions of these divisions, technology of design and introduction of systems of management of reorganization of the enterprises of railway mechanical engineering, system of indicators for estimation of expediency and efficiency of reorganization in various directions.
