Andreeva O. Risk in the contractual obligations.

In the thesis the essence, the contents and the features of the concept of risk in contractual obligations in civil law are explained, the current state of research on the subject of civil law doctrine is defined and development trends of further research are generalized. This work substantiates the signs and the definition of the concept of "risk in contractual obligations", its classification is held and different types of risk are analyzed. Based on the characteristics of individual types of risk that are manifested in contractual commitments different ways of managing risk are proposed and the necessity of proceedings aimed at managing risk in contractual obligations is proved. A number of theoretical propositions and conclusions developing the theory of risk in contractual obligations is formulated and specific suggestions to improve the risk management activities of contractual obligations are scientifically substantiated.
