Yaremova I. Determination of the Moment of Acquisition of Ownership Right under Legislation of Ukraine.

The thesis is an independent complete scientific work dedicated to the research of the mechanism of determination of the moment of acquisition of ownership right to property under legislation of Ukraine. The author analyzes the terms "occurrence", "transition", "acquisition", "alienation", "methods" and "grounds" of acquisition of ownership. The question of the legal significance of the determination of the moment of acquisition of acquirer's ownership right to property and legal consequences of obtaining the status of owner are highlighted. The dissertation clears up the criteria that help to determine the moment of acquisition of ownership right to property which is acquired under treaty and determines the specificity of the acquisition of this right to immovable property. The work deals with question of determination of the moment of acquisition of ownership right under non-treaty grounds, in particular to newly created property, finding, treasure and to other property that is acquired in abnormal legal relationships.
