Essay

The results of theoretical and experimental research solved a scientific problem of improving the efficiency and reliability of main oil pipelines by minimizing the negative impact of abnormal situations. Experimental studies of hydrodynamics transients caused by stops pumping units for oil pumping stations (OPS) oil pipeline. The regularities changing rotary frequency of the shaft type pump units OM in time during their stop. Determined actual velocity of the pressure wave pipeline during the transition process. The established patterns of pressure changes over time in any section of the pipeline at the initial and final stages of the transition process. The dynamics of changes in the rate of growth OPS inlet pressure when you stop one and two pumping units at all stages of the transition process. Done mathematical modeling of unsteady hydrodynamic processes that accompany stops pumping units on the OPS. Obtain generalized regression models for the calculation of the pressure wave attenuation in the oil pipeline at a stop on the OPS one, two and three pump units. A package of algorithms and computer programs for calculating the parameters of operation of the pipeline on the basis of abnormal situations. Recommendations to reduce the negative impact of transients caused by stops pumping units on the OPS and recommendations for improving the operation of sections of the pipeline crossed the road profile.
