Method of determination of expedient level of technical and (or) technological and (or) organizational parameters, which are managed, for improving and (or) forecasting of quality and the corresponding complex factor of any object quality by optimization of functional of the complex factor of quality, which enables to increase efficiency and competitiveness of product, processes and activities of the enterprise was improved in this work. The generalized algorithm of control actions optimization for achieving of the best possible value of the complex quality factor for any objects by using correlation, regression, factorial, bootstrap analyzes and virtual experiments was developed.
