Essay

The object of study - the process of measuring surface roughness. The purpose of research - development of methods and means of non-contact evaluation of the statistical parameters of rough surfaces on the basis of space-time processing of optical speckle interference signals and images with the use of modern methods of optimal synthesis of radio and coherent optical and electronic systems. Research methods - methods of coherent optics and holography, the methods of the statistical theory of radio and optimal signal reception and processing of images, computer modeling, experimental research data. The theoretical and practical significance of the work - methods and schemes of practical implementation of evaluation systems noncontact surface roughness. Novelty - were further developed elements of the theory of formation and statistical analysis of the speckle interference image of rough surfaces in the areas of Fresnel and Fraunhofer was first synthesized algorithms and techniques optimal and quasi-optimal space-time processing of optical signals, and a speckle interference image, the first time a set range of angles of sight, developed speckle interferometry method for measuring the degree of surface roughness, Methods and Tools for remote analysis of the surface of the rail web. The degree of implementation - an industry. Scope of use - radio systems for various purposes.
