Essay

The object of study - the process of changing the material properties of cement concrete pavement for roads; methods - the theory and practice of measurement of physical and mechanical properties of modified and performance of pavements for roads, respectively, determined regulations to certify equipment with multiple recurrences. They used microscopic analysis to determine the fracture toughness of concrete samples of pavement, as well as its porosity. Experimental studies were carried out on the best 5 factorial design. Construction of nonlinear experimental statistics (ES) models are made using a specialized system COMPEX; results - the results of the research in the thesis, developed for coating cement concrete roads with improved physical and mechanical and performance through the use of modifying additives and fillers; developed a rapid method for determining the loss of mass of the material, the magnitude of the loss of its volume, which was introduced in the production technology of road surfaces (JSC ZZhBI "Nicholas concrete products plant") and road bridges ("Odessa Daewoo" Odessa Oblavtodor, Belaiev district, pp. Nerubayske ); the technological regulation on preparation technology and application of modified coatings for roads, which was used in the construction of the road surface to the shopping mall "Kotovsky" LLC "REGІONBUD PB" in Odessa, an area of pavement - 220,7 m2; implemented - during the construction of the pavement to the road entrance to the shopping center "Kotovsky" company "REGIONSTROY PB" in Odessa (Ukraine). Express-method for determining the loss of mass of material on the value of the loss of its volume, it was introduced in the control technology of production of pavements (JSC ZZhBI "Nicholas concrete products plant") and highway bridges ("Odessa Daewoo" Odessa Oblavtodor, Belyaevsky district,. Nerubayske) as well as the results of studies implemented in the educational process OGAS, the department and the University of North PBEAD m Varazdin, Croatia, in the preparation of master's degrees.
