Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the clinical, gender, age, angiography and laboratory specialities of CHD run in dwellers of mountain and lowland population centers of Transcarpathia. Results of 331 patients examination are described in dissertation, including 48 patients with myocardial infarction and angiography intact coronary arteries. The presence of postinfarction left ventriculum aneurism or diabetus mellitus in mountain dwellers is accompanied with significantly worse results of coronary angiography. Woman sex, age under 50 years, preserved left ventricular ejection fraction, preserved sizes of left atrium associated with intact coronary arteries. Man sex, age over 50 years, myocardial infarction in anamnesis associated with constrictive lesion at minimum 1 coronary artery.
