In this work, the theoretical generalization and practical recommendations to address the complex issues related to the definition of the nature and direction counter rape committed by minors, the analysis of possible ways to mitigate the effects of such crimes by the interior. For the purpose of the study put forward a number of proposals aimed to the development or improvement of certain provisions of criminological science. In particular those relating to the effective combating this type of crime.
