Essay

The thesis is devoted to research the mechanisms of rational use and protection the lands under the shelterbelts. Analyzed the ecological, economic, organizational and legal problems of use the lands under the shelterbelts. It have been proposed the new approaches to assessment of positive agricultural-forest influence of the lands under the shelterbelts on the nearby agricultural lands, which are based on the geo-modeling system "Shelterbelts - farmlands". Determined the values of annual additional income in the form of yield increase of agricultural crops on the protected lands, due to the positive impact of lands under the shelterbelts. Іt was improved the system of fiscal taxes for the using of lands under the shelterbelts.
