Essay

The object of study is the process of measuring microwave signal and tract parameters. The aim is to improve the accuracy of the method of measuring signals and tract parameters by optimizing the processing of information received from the sensors. Scientific novelty: there were further developed a mathematical model of transformationt sensor signals into power and complex reflection coefficient of the termination, that differs by filtration intermediate variables, allowing improve accuracy; an improved methodical error of measurement of power and complex reflection coefficient of the thermination estimation method, wherein the iterative nature of the processing took into account, which allowed in a total error to consider this component with a smaller coefficient and not get exagerated values of total error; improved mathematical model of microwave block with sensors using the theory of signal flow graphs that consider reflection between sensors that allow to define a rational number of sensors in multiprobe multimeter; improved method for assessing the methodological errors of reflection between sensors, characterized in regard to their own sensor reflection coefficients make possible correction of each sensor signal and increase accuracy.
