The object of research is the process of innovation development of the food industry. The subject of research are theoretical, methodological aspects and organizational-economic bases of innovative development of the food industry. The thesis used scientific methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison, systematization, generalization of the system, the statistical analysis, graphical method, economic and mathematical methods. The aim of the study is to develop a theoretical approach, organizational and economic foundations, and scientific and practical recommendations for the management of innovative development of the food industry. Developed a dynamic model of the process of acceptance of administrative decisions on the development of innovative food companies based on Bayesian network and decision tree; It refined the concept of organizational and economic bases of innovative development of food industry. Sound scientific and methodical approach to analyzing data information in the evaluation of innovative projects. It has been further developed economic and mathematical model to market innovative products of food enterprises on the basis of the developed system of organizational and economic bases of innovative development. The practical significance of the results is confirmed by certificates of their implementation: JSC "Kherson Bakery", LLC "Ursulenko OA", "Agro-Partnership", Gauda, ??DP LLC "Stanislav K". The results of the thesis are used in the educational process of Kherson National Technical University.
