The thesis is devoted to the hygienic determination of nature of isolated lead nanoparticles action and lead acetate and their combination with sodium stearates and potassium in conditions of an oral intake of drinking water into the organism and improvement of preventive measures. The nature of impact of potassium stearate and sodium stearate on water quality has been studied and approximate allowed levels of their content in the water of basins of commercial and potable water use have been sustained. The features of influence of isolated and combined lead action in nanoforms and microforms on body have been clarified. Nature of combined effects of various forms of lead stearate with potassium and sodium has been determined. The maximum inoperative dose and maximum inoperative concentration of lead have been offered.
