Lelyak Y. Features of combating crime in the territory of the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone

As a result of the research of viewpoints of domestic and foreign scientists, criminological characterization of crime, identification of determinants and established actors combating crime within the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, proposals on the application of general and special-criminological measures against crime have been made. In addition, based on the study results, proposals to improve legislation of Ukraine in the operation of the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone for effective activities of governmental authorities in ensurance of law and order within this territory have been developed.
