Zeleniak A. Material evidence exploitation during the consideration and resolution of civil cases.

The dissertation carried out theoretically applied research of the exploitation of evidence in civil proceedings. For the first time was analyzed the evolution of the legal institution of evidence in civil cases on Ukrainian lands, and identified the relationship of its legal norms at the level of legal institution, at the level of sub-sectors of the law of evidence, at the area of civil procedural law. The general and special features of material evidence are analyzed, conducted the author's classification material proofs in civil proceedings on the basis of which, peculiarity of using in civil case certain types of evidence is determined.
