Essay

The manuscript presents the results of clinical trial including 154 patients with varicose veins on the lower extremities. According to the results of study was developed and scientifically substantiated the differentiated approach to the choice of surgical treatment of varicose veins in the lower extremities with the phlebohaemodynamical changes, that increased the efficiency of surgery. Was proved the possibility of saving the natural ways of venous outflow by execution of correcting operations, based on post-operative monitoring. The method of vein catheter stem scleroobliteration was introduced, it can be performed without the need for intraoperative ultrasound control. High efficiency of developed surgical treatment of lower extremities was proved. This finding based on an analysis of early and long-term results of treatment. Was estimated the necessity of anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant therapy in preventive dosage based on the research of hemostatic system in term of the early postoperative period. Based on analysis of laser radiation and sclerosing agents on the venous wall revealed the pathogenesis of thromboembolic and infectious complications in the early postoperative period and the occurrence of recanalization in the long term after surgery, which is confirmed with characteristic changes in the components of the walls of veins after endovenous surgery in varicose veins.
