An actual scientific and technical problem related to justification of parameters of a roadway lining and longwall support construction are stated and solved in the dissertation to ensure the reuse of the excavation. The research purpose is to determine the regularities of rock pressure manifestation in development excavations of deep mines while anthracite mining. The main object of research is the mine "Komsomolskaya" of the company "Anthracite". In-situ measurements have been carried out in roadways of the mine eastern bloc. Under given condition the lower roadway is driven 200 meters ahead of the longwall face. The excavation is supported with arch metal sets and roof bolts. A conjugation "roadway-longwall" is supported by bags filled with a mixture "Tekhard." The value of contour displacement which equals 0,4 m, is justified as a criterion of a roadway re-using. The choice of material for the support of conjugation "roadway-longwall" and dimensions of support construction are based on the developed criterion. The integral safety factor is estimated as well. This allowed to provide the safety of the roadway and gave a possibility of reusing. Location of the roof bolts is optimized for first and second levels of the support. This minimized the repair activity in the excavation and cleaning the floor heaving. The economic assessment of the recommendation usage is carried out in terms of the mine "Komsomolskaya".
