Essay

The object of study - noise mode molding shop of reinforced concrete products enterprises. The aim of the thesis: of improving the labor conditions in molding shops of reinforced concrete products enterprises by means of an multipronged attack to reducing noise produced by operating vibration machinery. Research methods: Theoretical and laboratory and field studies of the noise mode molding shop; mathematical processing of the results of research, which is based on planning multifactorial experiments and presented in the form of mathematical and empirical relationships, bar charts, tables and graphs. Theoretical and practical results: developed and scientifically substantiated complex technological solution to reduce the noise performance of working vibration machinery, the use of which can significantly improve the acoustic conditions of work in the molding shop of reinforced concrete products enterprises;. Novelty of the research: for the first time proved and confirmed the feasibility of damping to reduce noise emitted vibration machines; established empirical dependence between the noise and noise pressure level reduction of the damping material layer thickness polymeric noise-vibration absorbing mastic "Vibromast"; to reduce noise produced by vibration machines located in the pit, a chamber-screen noise damper has first been developed and and experimentally proved its effectiveness; established empirical dependence of noise pressure level reduction by means of a chamber-screen noise damper on the width of the acoustic clearance between the vibration machine's table and the noise damper's screen panel, on the direction of noise emission into the molder's working place, on the presence or absence of the "Vibromast" mastic noise absorbing layer on the internal damper's surfaces and on the vibration machine's table surface location towards the shop's; using a stochastic approach was first defined production risk of noise exposure before and after the chamber-screen noise damper implementation. Implementation extent: patented a new material damping mastic polymeric noise-vibration absorbing mastic "Vibromast", the implementation of which in of "Balovsky plant of reinforced concrete products enterprises" possible to reduce sound radiation vibration machinery and noise pollution in the molder working place 4.5 dBA; the implementation chamber-screen noise damper vibration machinery for compacting concrete mix on the "Poltavtransbud" led to improved working conditions in the area plant (8.5 dBA), and provide cost-effective in the amount of UAH 35570/year. Range of application: molding shops of reinforced concrete products enterprises.
