Potapchik O. Quality management of utility services in Ukraine

Research Objekt is a process of functioning and development of dwelling communal econ-omy. The purpose of work is a ground theoretical and methodical principles and develop-ment of science and practice recommendations in relation to the quality management of services of dwelling communal economy of Ukraine. Research methods: normative and sinergistical approaches of the systems, economic diagnostics and monitoring, cluster analysis, scenario and imitation design, graphic method, logical generalization. The scien-tific novelty of work consists in the improvement of theoretical and methodical govern-ment of services quality bases dwelling communal economy on the basis of synthesis of integral and scenario approaches. Conceptual positions of quality management of services are first grounded dwelling communal economy. Improved: the optimization going is near the design of level of quality of services of DCE; scientifically methodical going near diag-nostics of directions of increase of efficiency of quality management of services dwelling communal economy; scientifically methodical approach in relation to the integral estima-tion of quality of services dwelling communal economy. Got subsequent development: theoretical looks are to quality of services in activity of subjects of DCE; mechanism of quality management of services of DCE; analytical providing of process of ground of choice of strategy of upgrading services of dwelling communal economy.
