Shakhova K. Notes as the Ukrainian prose genre variety of XX - XXI centuries: evolution, specificity.

The scientific research analyzes the notes genre in historical and literary context of XX - XXI century in the Ukrainian writers works. The thesis also retraces the notes genre forming stages in national literature, defines vectors of genre nature development and changes. The first complete study of notes genre specific on theoretical, historical, national levels. Notes genre modifications in XX - beginning of XXI century were thoroughly considered; primary (main) and secondary (individual authors) genre features were analyzed.Therefore, the research has found out that the note is a productive genre variety of Ukrainian prose in XX - XXI centuries, which crystallized the main genre properties and the features, that due by individual-author modifications on comparatively short period of functioning in artistic literature.
