Maksymova T. State mechanism of realization of investment policy in Ukraine

The object of study - Ukrainian investment policy formation and implementation. The aim - to study theoretical and methodological approaches and develop scientific recommendations on the state of Ukrainian investment policy implementation mechanism to improve its investment climate as a condition for sustainable development of national economy and successful integration into the world economy. Research methods - historical method; methods of analysis and synthesis; a comparative analysis; formalization methods; methods of deduction; mathematical methods. The practical significance of the results is that scientific conclusions and generalizations of the research to the level of specific areas that are the foundations for their state regulation implementation of investment activity in practice in order to improve investment policy in Ukraine. Scientific novelty of the results is the study and development of scientific-methodological and practical recommendations on the formation mechanism of state investment policy realization based on implementing the principles of sustainable development and European integration trends to improve economic development. The first time the scientific and methodical approach to the development of the investment policy state mechanism implementing has been proposed. Improved scientific and methodical approach to assessing the Ukrainian regions investment attractiveness in terms of their sustainable development; scientific approach to mechanism development of the sustainable development investment policy monitoring system. We got further conceptual bases principles generalization, investment activity state regulation priorities, the government investment activities functions; public investment policy objectives theoretical approach study and definition of sustainable development; risks isolating state of investment policy implementation; scientific approach to the public investment policy areas systematization of Ukrainian reform in accordance with the sustainable development principles.
